Customized Table Massage provides a personalized experience tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Whether you want deep relaxation, targeted therapy for tension, or a mix of both, this method avoids generic solutions. Every body is unique and deserves individual attention. Using techniques like Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point therapy, I focus on your current needs to create a holistic healing experience just for you.

Sessions are 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes. Add-Ons are available upon booking. (Hot Towels, Hot Stones, and Cupping)

Chair Massage

Chair Massage is a specialized form of massage therapy performed on a traditional massage chair, specifically designed to take the weight off the spine while providing easy access to key areas such as the head, neck, back, shoulders, and arms. This type of massage offers clients a convenient and effective way to experience relief from tension and pain that may have accumulated over time. During the session, clients remain fully clothed, ensuring comfort, and they fill out a brief intake form beforehand to help the therapist understand their specific needs and preferences.

Chair Massage sessions are 20 minutes.

Lymphatic

Lymphatic Massage (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury or surgery, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness. Creams and oils are not typically used in manual lymphatic massage.

Sessions are 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.

Reiki Therapy is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Sessions last up 60 minutes.

Reiki Massage Duo Reiki healing combined with table massage offers a comprehensive approach to relaxation and wellness. The session includes grounding singing bowl sounds, which help create a peaceful and meditative atmosphere. This is followed by 30 minutes of Reiki energy healing that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The session then concludes with a 60-minute integrative and relaxing massage.

Sessions are 90 or 120 minutes. Add-Ons are available upon booking. (Hot Towels, Hot Stones, and Cupping)
