For me, it all began with the desire to help others. I believe that we all deserve to feel our best and live our best lives. Through the art of Reiki and massage therapy, I have experienced and witnessed how these modalities can help to support and even improve our health and wellbeing.

In January of 2024, I graduated from PHD Academy and became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). I received my Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master (or Reiki Master Teacher - RMT) certification in October of 2023 and have been a Reiki Practitioner since 2014.

I am so grateful for the support and experiences that have put me on this journey, and it is important to me that I pay it forward.
